Contracts Quick Reference

Set up recurring service agreements with the contract wizard.

Key Steps

  1. Create a contract — Go to Contracts, click + New Contract, and follow the wizard: select customer, choose services, set schedule and pricing, review terms.
  2. Send for signature — Click Send for Signature to email the contract. Customers sign electronically via a secure link.
  3. Manage renewals — Enable Auto-Renew on a contract to automatically renew when the term ends.
  4. Track status — Monitor contracts by status: Draft, Sent, Active, Expired, Cancelled.

Tips

  • Use contract templates to standardize terms for common service packages.
  • Contracts automatically generate scheduled jobs based on the service frequency.
  • The contract signing portal shows a preview before the customer signs.
  • Adjust pricing mid-contract by creating an amendment from the contract detail page.
