Jobs Quick Reference

Schedule, assign, and complete service jobs for your customers.

Key Steps

  1. Schedule a job — Go to Jobs, click + New Job, select customer and property, choose services, pick a date and time slot.
  2. Assign crew — On the job detail, use the Assign Crew dropdown to assign team members.
  3. Complete a job — Mark a job as Complete when the work is done. Add notes or photos if needed.
  4. Use calendar view — Switch to Calendar view from the Jobs page to see all scheduled work by day, week, or month.

Tips

  • Drag and drop jobs on the calendar to reschedule.
  • Jobs created from contracts are auto-scheduled based on the service frequency.
  • Filter jobs by status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed) or by crew member.
  • Completed jobs can be converted to invoices directly.
