Equipment Quick Reference

Track your fleet of equipment, maintenance schedules, and route assignments.

Key Steps

  1. Add equipment — Go to Equipment, click + New Equipment, enter the name, type, serial number, and purchase date.
  2. Track maintenance — Open an equipment item and click Log Maintenance to record service dates, costs, and notes.
  3. Assign to routes — Link equipment to winter routes or job crews from the equipment detail page.
  4. Monitor status — View equipment status at a glance: Active, In Maintenance, Retired.

Tips

  • Set maintenance reminders to get notified when service is due.
  • Track fuel and operating costs per piece of equipment.
  • Equipment assigned to routes appears on the winter route planning screen.
  • Export your equipment inventory to CSV from the list view.
