We respond to all support requests within one business day. Include as much detail as possible about your issue, including:
- Your organization name
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
- The browser and device you are using
For faster resolution, include your organization name and the email address associated with your account in all support requests.
In-App Support
Platform admin users can submit support tickets directly from the app:
- Navigate to Settings or the help menu
- Click Contact Support
- Describe your issue
- Submit the ticket
Support tickets are tracked and you will receive email updates on their status.

Feature Requests

Emergency issues affecting all users are monitored 24/7. If you experience a service outage, check the status page or email support with “URGENT” in the subject line.
