Contact support
The fastest way to reach us is a support ticket from inside LawnLedger. It arrives with your account attached, so nobody has to ask which company you’re with or what plan you’re on.
Open a ticket
Click Help & Support
It’s at the bottom of the left sidebar, below the main navigation. If there’s a number next to it, you have an unread reply waiting.
Click New ticket
Tell us what’s going on
Give it a short summary, pick the type, and describe what happened — what you were doing, and what you expected instead.
Attach a screenshot
Worth the fifteen seconds. Most tickets are resolved faster with one.
Send
Anyone on your team can open a ticket. It isn’t restricted to owners or admins — a crew lead who can’t clock in needs to be able to tell us that without going through the office first.
What happens next
- You get an email when we reply. You don’t need to sit on the page.
- The whole conversation stays on the ticket, so nothing is lost in a forwarded thread.
- You can reply from the ticket, and reopen it if we closed it too early.
- A resolved ticket closes itself after about a week of quiet. Opening a new one is always fine.
Response times
We aim to reply within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday. Plans that include priority support are answered first.
Outside those hours, email is still monitored for outages.
Other ways to reach us
Email works if you’d rather, though it can’t attach your account automatically:
- Support: support@lawnledgercrm.com
- Billing: billing@lawnledgercrm.com
- Privacy: privacy@lawnledgercrm.com
- Legal: legal@lawnledgercrm.com
Before you write
Check the FAQ — password resets, plan changes, QuickBooks sync and payment setup are all covered there, and you’ll have an answer immediately instead of in four hours.
If something looks broken for everyone, check status.lawnledgercrm.com first. We post there during incidents.
Reporting a bug
Open a ticket and pick Something’s broken. What helps most:
- What you were doing, step by step
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, or a screen recording if it’s a sequence
- Roughly when it happened
The ticket automatically records which page you filed from, so you don’t need to describe where you were.
Feature requests
Open a ticket and pick Feature request, or email support@lawnledgercrm.com with “Feature request” in the subject. Tell us what you’re trying to do and why the current way doesn’t work — the problem is more useful to us than a proposed solution.
