Crew Management

Manage your field crews with scheduling, dispatch mapping, and real-time tracking. LawnLedger provides the tools to keep your teams organized and productive.

Crew Schedule

The Crew Schedule page provides a visual overview of your team’s assignments:

1. Navigate to Crew Schedule in the sidebar
2. View crew assignments for the day or week
3. See each team member’s assigned jobs in a timeline view
4. Drag and drop jobs between crew members to reassign work

Dispatch Map

The Dispatch page displays all jobs on an interactive map:

1. Navigate to Dispatch in the sidebar
2. View all scheduled jobs plotted on a map
3. See crew member locations (when using the mobile app with GPS)
4. Optimize routes by visualizing job proximity
5. Click on a job marker to view details or make changes

Crew Tracking

Monitor crew activity in real time:

• Active Jobs — See which jobs are currently in progress
• Check-in/Check-out — View GPS-verified arrival and departure times
• Job Duration — Compare actual time on-site vs. estimated time
• Notes and Photos — Review field notes and photos submitted by crews

Crew Analytics

Access performance metrics under Crew Analytics (available on select plans):

• Jobs per Day — Average number of jobs completed per crew member
• Revenue per Crew — Revenue generated by each crew or team member
• On-time Rate — Percentage of jobs started on time
• Completion Rate — Percentage of assigned jobs completed vs. canceled

Messaging

Communicate with your crew through built-in messaging (available on select plans):

1. Navigate to Messages in the sidebar
2. Select a team member or create a group conversation
3. Send messages, share job details, and coordinate on the fly

Mobile Crew App

Field crew members use the LawnLedger mobile app for:

• Viewing their daily job assignments
• Navigating to job sites with built-in directions
• Clocking in and out with GPS verification
• Marking jobs as complete
• Adding notes and photos
• Viewing customer and property details
