Mobile crew app
The office runs LawnLedger in a browser. Crews run it on a phone. It’s a separate app, deliberately: a crew lead standing in someone’s yard needs today’s stops, a clock-in button, and a camera — not a reporting suite.

Install and sign in
Getting the app onto a crew’s phone and signed into the right account.
A day in the field
The actual loop: see your stops, drive, clock in, do the work, take photos, clock out.
Working offline
What still works when there’s no signal, what waits, and how it catches up. Worth reading before you need it.
What crews can do
- See the jobs assigned to them for today, with the address and the customer’s notes
- Clock in and out, including per-job time
- Take and attach job photos
- Mark work complete
- See the checklist for a job, if you use them
What crews can’t do
By default a crew member sees their own work and nothing else — not your customer list, not your pricing, not your books. That’s a permission decision, not a limitation of the app; see Team & access if you need to widen or narrow it.
The mobile app signs in with the same email and password as the web app. If someone can’t get in, check Settings → Company → Team & roles — a person added as a tracked employee has no login at all, and the roster marks them No app access. See Install and sign in.
