Estimates Quick Reference

Create professional estimates and send them to customers for approval.

Key Steps

  1. Create an estimate — Go to Estimates, click + New Estimate, select a customer and property, then add line items with descriptions and prices.
  2. Send to customer — Click Send to email the estimate. Customers receive a link to view and approve it online.
  3. Convert to invoice — Once approved, click Convert to Invoice to generate an invoice from the estimate line items.
  4. Convert to contract — Click Convert to Contract to create a recurring service contract from the estimate.

Tips

  • Use service templates to quickly add common line items.
  • Estimates track status: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Approved, Declined.
  • Customers can approve or decline directly from their portal link.
  • Duplicate an existing estimate to save time on similar jobs.
