Admin & Billing
The Admin section covers everything you need to configure how your organization runs in LawnLedger — settings, team access, subscription billing, and (for LawnLedger staff) the platform admin panel.

Settings
Configure company information, branding, services, tax rates, payment terms, form styles, and notification templates. Most operator-facing customization lives here.
Team & Access
Invite teammates, assign roles, and control what each role can see and do. Covers the built-in roles (Owner / Admin / Crew Manager / Office / Mobile Crew) and how to clone or customize them.
Billing
Manage your LawnLedger subscription — view your current plan, change tiers, update payment method, and download invoices.
Platform Admin
Internal LawnLedger platform-admin reference. Only visible to platform staff; regular operators don’t need this page.
Who can access Admin? By default, only Owner and Admin roles can see the Admin section in Settings. Crew Manager / Office / Mobile Crew roles can’t change organization-wide settings.
Common tasks
- Add a teammate: Team & Access → Invite a teammate
- Change your subscription: Billing → Change plan
- Upload your company logo: Settings → Company information
- Configure invoice / estimate styling: Settings → Form styles
- Connect QuickBooks / Stripe: Settings → Integrations
