Subscription Plans

LawnLedger offers tiered subscription plans to fit businesses of all sizes. Visit the Pricing page  or navigate to Settings → Account & Plan → Billing to compare plans.

Plans differ by:

  • Number of team members
  • Number of customers and properties
  • Access to advanced features (QuickBooks sync, native Books, GPS crew tracking, workflow automation, API access, and more)
  • Priority support

Add-ons

Optional services can be added on top of your plan. Available add-ons appear under Settings → Account & Plan → Billing when your plan is eligible for them:

  • Managed Bookkeeping — a bookkeeper maintains your LawnLedger Books: monthly categorization, bank reconciliation, bill entry, month-end close, and delivered financial statements. Requires a plan that includes native Books.

Add-ons are managed from Settings → Account & Plan → Billing.

Only the organization Owner can manage billing settings and change the subscription plan. Admins and Members do not have access to billing.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Account & Plan → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your account remains accessible until the end of the current billing period. After that, access is restricted to read-only mode. Data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
